This policy explains how Tell Me ("Tell Me," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit tellme.studio or use the Tell Me service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide or authorize us to access, including:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifier.
• YouTube data authorized through Google, including channel information, videos, comments, replies, and the information needed to publish actions you explicitly request.
• Product data, including review status, notification preferences, connected-channel settings, and support messages.
• Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, diagnostic, security, and product analytics data.
• Subscription and transaction information. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not stored by Tell Me.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, synchronize and organize comments, classify comments into product categories, carry out actions you request, send opted-in notifications, provide support, administer subscriptions, understand product performance, and meet legal obligations.

Google and YouTube data

Tell Me's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Tell Me does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Public replies and other YouTube actions require your explicit instruction.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with providers that help operate Tell Me, including Google and Firebase for authentication and YouTube access, hosting and database providers, OpenAI for comment classification, analytics providers, browser-push infrastructure, and Paddle for subscriptions, checkout, tax, and payment support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can disconnect YouTube access through Tell Me or your Google Account. To request account and associated-data deletion, email support@tellme.studio. Some transaction and legal records may be retained where required.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Tell Me and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Tell Me is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
