Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tell Me. By creating an account or using Tell Me, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tell Me is subscription software for organizing and responding to comments on YouTube channels you are authorized to manage. Classification and other automated features may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace your judgment. Tell Me does not post public content without an action you initiate.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring that you have authority to connect and act for each YouTube channel. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tell Me unlawfully; infringe others' rights; harass, deceive, spam, or manipulate engagement; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; reverse engineer it except where law permits; or use the service in violation of Google, YouTube, or other applicable platform terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Tell Me offers a monthly subscription billed immediately at $19 per month and a yearly subscription billed at $180 per year after a seven-day trial. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until canceled. You may cancel at any time; unless required otherwise by law or stated in our Refund Policy, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in your content. You grant Tell Me a limited permission to access, process, display, and transmit content only as needed to provide the service and perform actions you request. Google and YouTube remain responsible for their services, and their terms also apply. You may revoke access, but doing so may disable Tell Me features.

Our service and intellectual property

Tell Me and its software, design, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your valid access period. No ownership rights are transferred.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal requirements, or nonpayment. We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tell Me is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Tell Me during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Israel, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms prospectively and will post the new effective date.
